The eight-week build

From market map to 10 local websites

A defined build, a named approval process and a clear route from each website to your intake team.

Start with the cases and communities you want

The consultation establishes where your firm wants to grow and which case types belong in the plan. Atlanta, Decatur, Marietta and other communities are planning examples; your final coverage is chosen around your actual service area, intake capacity and priorities.

We review the main website and existing campaigns so the new sites have a defined role. Each proposed property needs a reason to exist: a distinct community, useful information and an appropriate consultation path.

What happens during the build

Week 1

Scope and firm inputs

Confirm the plan, responsible attorney, brand assets, services, real office details, jurisdictions and intake destination.

Week 2

Market and site plan

Agree the community coverage, domain plan, design, content structure and approval responsibilities.

Weeks 3-7

Reviewed publishing batches

Build and review groups of sites. Check local facts, citations, mobile layouts, links and consultation routing before each approved release.

Week 8 target

Complete network and baseline

Target all 10 sites live, with a site inventory, verified destinations and an initial reporting baseline.

The eight-week build target begins after order, payment, required inputs and approvals.

What your team supplies

  • A decision-maker and the attorney responsible for approving legal content.
  • Approved identity, logo, attorney biographies and real office and service-area facts.
  • The case types you handle, the cases you decline and the jurisdictions you serve.
  • The intake destination, screening requirements and advertising language you use.
  • Timely batch feedback so publishing can stay on schedule.

We organize the work into reviewable batches. Your team can concentrate on legal accuracy and firm-specific decisions while we manage production.

What continues after launch

Hosting, maintenance, consultation routing and monthly reporting continue under the selected plan. The testimonial founder plan includes 100 news-led articles each month for search and AI-assisted discovery, 10 per site, while the subscription remains active.

The editorial desk begins with Atlanta, then Georgia, neighboring states and the wider U.S. It tracks sourced cautionary developments and represented-case recovery outcomes where the record supports them. Reports identify the sites producing inquiries. Connecting those inquiries to retained matters requires intake disposition data from your team or an agreed integration.

A practical first meeting

Bring your target region, priority case types and a sense of current intake capacity. We will walk through the proposed community coverage and who would approve content and receive inquiries.
