ProspectorBuddy is a brand of PT Naga Rubi Inovasi, which operates this website and handles inquiries submitted through it.
Information we collect
When you submit a consultation or appointment-service inquiry, we collect the name, work email, firm or company, primary market, and message you submit. Appointment-service inquiries also include the practice area you provide. We may also collect basic technical information needed to secure the form and prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, respond to you, discuss the relevant ProspectorBuddy service, prevent spam, and maintain a record of the inquiry. We do not sell inquiry information.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, database, email, analytics, and security providers may process information for us under their own terms. We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, security, legal, and business records.
Job applications
If you apply for a ProspectorBuddy role, PT Naga Rubi Inovasi collects the application details and resume you submit, with authorized hiring reviewers and intake service providers involved in processing them. We use these records to review your application, contact you, and maintain hiring records. Unsuccessful applications are retained for up to 180 days; selected applicants' relevant records may be retained for contracting and business records. The application page provides its own notice before the form. For applicant access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion requests, use the applicant support form.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to records we must retain. Use the ProspectorBuddy consultation form or the appointment-service inquiry form and identify the request as a privacy question.
Scope
This policy covers ProspectorBuddy microsite-program inquiries, appointment-service inquiries, and job applications. A signed client agreement may contain additional terms for data processed while delivering services.
