ProspectorBuddy is a brand of PT Naga Rubi Inovasi, which operates this website and handles inquiries submitted through it.
Information we collect
When you submit a consultation or appointment-service inquiry, we collect the name, work email, firm or company, primary market, and message you submit. Appointment-service inquiries also include the practice area you provide. We may also collect basic technical information needed to secure the form and prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, respond to you, discuss the relevant ProspectorBuddy service, prevent spam, and maintain a record of the inquiry. We do not sell inquiry information.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, database, email, analytics, and security providers may process information for us under their own terms. We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, security, legal, and business records.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to records we must retain. Use the ProspectorBuddy consultation form or the appointment-service inquiry form and identify the request as a privacy question.
Scope
This policy covers ProspectorBuddy microsite-program and appointment-service inquiries. A signed client agreement may contain additional terms for data processed while delivering services.
